Meet the team: Ted

I’m very excited about starting my career with Nueco. It’s a fresh challenge, one I am really looking forward to. Having followed Nueco’s growth closely over the past few years, I feel that I can make a strong contribution to help Nueco continue to flourish as a market leader.

1. What do you enjoy about the work you do?

I believe that every successful business is built on strong relationships with its clients, suppliers and of course it’s staff. What I enjoy most is working closely with people to maintain these special relationships while also making sure that new and prosperous relationships can be forged in order to ensure business development and growth. I hope that my communication and management skills can help Nueco flourish.

2. What is something you’d like to fix...

I would like to ensure that Nueco is making the most of every single opportunity presented. I believe that being efficient, time effective and thorough in my role, Nueco will continue to provide the best service in the industry.

3. What do you enjoy working when you are not working?

I like to keep fit and sport has always been a huge part of my life, particularly football. Spending time with my young daughter and fiancé is the most important thing for me.

4. What is your proudest moment?

I think from a personal standpoint, graduating from Syracuse University NY was a very proud moment for me. Receiving a full athletic scholarship to study at such a prestigious institution was an honour. However, I’ve never been prouder than when I became a father.

5. Describe your ideal day.

An early morning run on a warm summers day followed by spending time with friends and family, finishing off with a cold pint of moretti!

6. What qualities would you look for in a dog?

Loyal, playful and happy.

7. If you could give one piece of advice, what would it be?

That there is no substitute for hard work. Talent is never enough!

8. What was the last film you watched?

Mollys game. 6/10.
